Dishwashers

You have decided to upgrade your dishwasher, you might not be aware that it may not be as simple as plug in and wash. We can connect your new dishwasher to the water & drainage systems correctly and fastened it to the existing space to ensure it will perform correctly. The existing dishwasher drain may need relocating for the new model to prevent overflow and flooding of your new dishwasher. Ongoing at Jones Plumbers we recommend running a rinse cleaner and clean your dishwasher spray arms. Over time, small holes in the spray arms may become clogged with bits of paper, toothpicks, glass, etc. we clean out these holes to ensure you're getting the best cleaning ability. We clean your dishwasher filter. If the filter is damaged, we can replace it to protect the dishwasher's pump and motor seals. We will check all the water connections and drain to ensure free flow of fluids.

Washer Machines 

If you need help installing a washing machine we have you covered. look after it long term is also what we do. We can check the washing machine hoses for cracks, blisters, corroded fittings and leaks. Cracks are a sign of aging and a breakdown of the rubber. Replace the hoses if any of these conditions exist. (Washer water fill hoses generally need to be replaced every 3 to 5 years, regardless of whether there is a visible defect). For even more peace of mind, we can provide stainless steel fill hoses. We also service all filters and check all washing machine cocks, spindles & washers are operating and valves are seated well so not to create water hammer, drain x treatment and check the drains are free and clean. In line filters are a great way of reducing hard ware on your washer machine and extending its working life.
