What is "3 Waters"?
"Three Water's" is core infrastructure to the functioning and development of local communities and businesses. It means the drinking water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure services. Three waters is primarily local government's responsibility, as outlined in the Local Government Act 2002. Only Approved Certified Contractors like Jones Plumbers can work on these net works on behalf of these local authorities.
